At Keith Elkins Karate, our top priorities in training are being accountable and staying dedicated. We are attentive towards absences and rely heavily on communication efforts to reinforce a committed training environment. It goes beyond karate, though – our athletes are well-equipped for any environment or conditions due to their improved problem-solving skills and newfound confidence. Outside of building character, our martial arts classes also improve flexibility, mobility and endurance. Martial arts is a stepping stone to boundless personal growth in all areas.

We offer a monthly leadership development course entitled the “Hyper Leadership Program” for both students and parents. Our Team

In addition to their technical expertise, our instructors are also excellent teachers who know how to create a supportive and challenging learning environment. They understand that every student is unique and tailor their approach to meet the needs of each individual.

Our instructors also prioritize safety, ensuring that all students learn and practice techniques in a safe and controlled manner. They are committed to helping our students build strong foundations in Karate, and are always available to answer questions and provide feedback.

Today was my third time attending one of Master Keith’s kickboxing class, and it was awesome as always. Every class provides a different routine and pushes you above and beyond what you think you are capable of, which is encouraged by the master and fellow classmates. If you are thinking about signing up, DO IT! Do not hesitate, his classes help you physically & mentally (great stress reliever), and it is privately owned so you do not have to worry about hard selling. Sign up, don’t wait like I did to start your fitness journey, I really wish I would have signed up sooner…

I have been bringing my Son (Dominic) to Keith Elkins Karate (1 hour each way) since 2020 when he was age 7 and a white belt. Today, March 25, 2023, Dominic was elevated to the Advance Green belt and now responds like “The Karate Kid” with his skills and discipline. I highly recommend to any parent to enroll your kids within a great Karate program to learn from an awesome Senior Instructor- Master Keith Elkins.
